    • Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use.
    • Live sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
    • Enrollments are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
  1. Fees and Payments
  • All course fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may result in access restrictions.
  • Payment gateways are third-party services; AbaSphere is not liable for payment processing errors or delays.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • You may cancel enrollment within7 days of course start for a partial refund.
  • No refunds are issued after significant course content has been accessed (e.g., after 25% of the course).
  • Sessions missed due to student absence are not refundable but may be rescheduled upon availability.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Users must treat all instructors, staff, and fellow learners respectfully.
  • Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will lead to suspension or termination of services.
  • Sharing login credentials or course materials without authorization is prohibited.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the AbaSphere platform is the property of AbaSphere or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.
  1. Privacy
